PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SlimKo MAXI class 5 pellet boiler

Modern design, simple operation, and excellent energy efficiency of up to 91%. The SlimKo MAXI central heating furnace is a solution that is ideal for heating both small office spaces and buildings with a huge surface area. Pellet boilers are available in a wide range of power to choose from:

Depending on the selected type, they are able to effectively heat an area from about 150 sq m to even 4,000 sq m. The highest quality materials were used for their production – P265GH boiler sheet metal or a high-quality self-cleaning pellet burner. Thanks to this, the construction is solid, has a longer service life, and at the same time guarantees excellent energy efficiency, which translates into lower heating costs.

Maintenance-free boiler operation system

By choosing SlimKo MAXI, you can free yourself from the troublesome operation of the entire central heating boiler control system. All you need to do is fill the feeder with fuel. The boiler has a rotating combustion chamber and fuel feeding is a fully automated process. However, this boiler can be completely maintenance-free. It is possible to equip it with an automatic ash removal system. It is poured into an external tank.

To make operation even more convenient, each furnace is equipped with the latest control electronics. However, constant monitoring of the most important parameters of the central heating furnace operation is possible not only from the control panel located on the device itself. The ecoNET300 internet module is also installed there. Thanks to this, the preview of operating parameters is additionally available from the computer. This not only makes it easier to operate the furnace itself, but also speeds up the implementation of the service services provided by our company. We can constantly monitor the operation of the device and make corrections without the need to visit the Customer in person.

 

Maintenance-free class 5 pellet boiler – ecology in its purest form

Excellent energy efficiency, maintenance-free operation, and the ability to remotely monitor operating parameters are not all the advantages of SlimKo MAXI stoves. It is also an extremely ecological solution. The boiler meets all ecological standards of class 5 and Eco Design. Low emission of harmful chemical compounds generated in the pellet combustion process makes this solution extremely environmentally friendly.

The construction made in the 5th class and in the Eco Design standard also brings direct benefits to the user of such a device. The fuel is burned more efficiently, which increases the efficiency of heating while reducing its costs.

ecoMAX 860P4-KT is the latest configuration of the PLUM controller. It is characterized by a clear, easy-to-use panel with a large display, a user-friendly menu, and no need to set the operating parameters of the installation. The controller consists of two parts: a module and a panel. Both devices are made of high quality, which means that the controller will be failure-free for many years.

The controller supports:

  • boiler, mixer, DHW, circulation and shunt pumps
  • mixing valve actuator
  • dedicated and two-state room regulators
  • operation with a heat buffer
  • burner operation with sensors
  • attractive display, which displays information in the form of clear icons
  • comfortable online control of the boiler operation via the Internet

Additional modules enable the expansion of heating systems with additional circuits (module B – two more circuits; module C – two more circuits). The controller uses an intelligent Menu system. The system makes unconnected elements inactive (invisible). This solution enables easy and comfortable operation.

Wired touch-sensitive room regulator ecoSTER 90

ecoSTER TOUCH v1ecoSTER TOUCH ensures thermal comfort in rooms thanks to digital communication only with ecoMAX series controllers. The device has a modern design and a large, legible, touch-sensitive graphic display with a color menu. ecoSTER TOUCH means for the user:

  • programmable room thermostat function
  • simple and effective way of controlling temperature in max. 3 rooms
  • setting a schedule of day and night temperatures
  • adjustment and viewing of all boiler functions
  • remote viewing of the boiler control panel screen or other room panels
  • selection of different operating modes

Wireless two-way room thermostat eSTER x40

is a battery-operated, wireless room thermostat. By connecting with the S.Control controller, it allows you to control the parameters and operating modes of the controller, maintaining the set room temperature.

Wireless room panel with a thermostat function – eSTER x90ESTER X80

The eSTER_x80 Room Control RADIO TOUCH room panel is a wireless remote control panel for the burner with the function of an electric room thermostat. One of its greatest benefits is the convenient operation of the boiler functions from the living room level.

APPLICATION AND BENEFITS:

  • use for PLUM regulators from the ecoMAX, ecoVENT, ecoTRONIC series with an external ISM_xSMART module connected
  • regulation of the set room temperature
  • work in the following modes: Economy, Comfort, Leaving the house, Airing, Party, Vacation, Anti-freeze, Hotel mode and work with a time schedule
  • wired or wireless connection to the controller
  • can be used in any room without the use of additional wires mounted in the walls any transfer of the thermostat to other rooms,

Ash removal

SlimKo MAXI

The boiler can be equipped with automatic ash removal, this is an innovative system in high-power boilers, thanks to which the boiler maintenance is reduced to a practical minimum. A specially designed and manufactured screw, which is installed at the bottom of the boiler exchanger, is periodically switched on, removing ash from the boiler ash pan to an external tray. The tray is made of galvanized steel with transport pins, and is very large in capacity. The use of an automatic ash removal system ensures minimum maintenance – the boiler is cleaned once every few months, even when using lower quality fuel.

Cleaning

SlimKo MAXI

The boiler can be equipped with pneumatic exchanger cleaning, which allows for increased boiler maintenance-free operation and high efficiency. The system itself works on the principle of “shot” air at a specific pressure, with special nozzles placed on the boiler door, thanks to which the dust that remains in the pipes during the use of the boiler will be “blown away” and thus the efficiency of heat exchange through the exchanger will be higher.
