Kotłospaw pellet hopper is a device designed for storing and feeding wood pellets to automatic burners in central heating systems. The product is designed for high durability, ease of installation, and compatibility with most burners available on the market.

Kotłospaw pellet hopper is delivered as a kit for self-assembly by the user . All components are packaged to protect against mechanical damage during transport.

Each kit comes with detailed assembly instructions that guide you step-by-step through the entire assembly process. Additionally, users can watch a video available on Kotłospaw’s official YouTube channel , which clearly demonstrates proper assembly.

Kotłospaw pellet hooper features a compact, modular design made of galvanized steel sheet, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and ease of assembly. All structural components have been designed to enable quick and intuitive assembly of the tank on site.

Basic structural elements of the container:
• The main body is made of 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet,
• The feeder support and the tank legs are made of thicker 2.0 mm sheet metal to ensure stability,
• Top charging flap (applies to models from 120 to 600 liters),
• A chute with space for mounting a screw feeder,
• Pellet level viewer – enabling optical control of the fuel amount,
• Leveling feet (4 pieces) – to level the tank on site,
• Screw assembly and assembly materials – enabling the elements to be screwed together into one unit.

Additionally, each hopper is equipped with special mounting holes in the upper legs, allowing for the attachment of a chain supporting the screw feeder . This chain is not included , but its use is recommended to relieve the load on the hopper outlet and ensure the feeder’s stability.
