MultiKo Pea Coal – a Modern Boiler with an Automatic Fuel Feeding System

MultiKo Pea Coal is a modern boiler with an automatic screw feeder, designed to provide convenient, economical, and reliable heating for residential and commercial buildings. The advanced combustion controller and state-of-the-art combustion technology optimize fuel consumption, improve boiler efficiency, and maintain a stable temperature throughout the heating system.

Thanks to its integrated design and automatic fuel feeding system, boiler operation is kept to a minimum. The user only needs to periodically refill the fuel hopper and remove a small amount of ash, while the smooth output modulation ensures maximum comfort throughout the entire heating season.

The boiler features a modular design consisting of a heat exchanger body, a fuel feeding system with a screw feeder, retort burner, and forced-draft fan, a control system, and thermal insulation. The bent and welded boiler body enhances airtightness and durability, while the high-quality thermal insulation minimizes heat loss.

Convenient front-mounted inspection doors provide easy access to service components, while negative-pressure operation on the flue gas side ensures safe and stable operation.

Regulator kotła ecoMAX910R1 jest nowoczesnym urządzeniem elektronicznym przeznaczonym do sterowania pracą kotła na paliwo stałe z podajnikiem ślimakowym. Regulator jest urządzeniem wielofunkcyjnym i samodzielnie: utrzymuje zadaną temperaturę kotła kontrolując proces spalania paliwa, steruje czasowo podajnikiem ślimakowym oraz wentylatorem modulując jego moc, utrzymuje zadaną temperaturę zasobnika ciepłej wody użytkowej, utrzymuje zadaną temperaturę jednego obiegu grzewczego mieszaczowego, a po wyposażeniu regulatora w moduły rozszerzające, steruje (w sumie) pracą pięciu obiegów grzewczych. Temperaturę zadaną obiegów grzewczych i kotła można zadawać na podstawie wskazań czujnika pogodowego.
Możliwość współpracy z termostatami pokojowymi, oddzielnymi dla każdego obiegu grzewczego sprzyja utrzymywaniu temperatury komfortu w ogrzewanych pomieszczeniach. Ponadto urządzenie włącza w razie potrzeby rezerwowy kocioł (gazowy lub olejowy).
