PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

InPell boiler for small boiler rooms – modern pellet boiler 7–13 kW

Available outputs: 7 kW, 9 kW, 11 kW, 13 kW

What is the best boiler for a small boiler room? We present the InPell boiler – an energy-efficient heating device designed for single-family homes, tenement buildings, and spaces that require stable, clean, and cost-effective heating.

The design is based on a drop-feed pellet burner, a vertical heat exchanger, and advanced control and technological solutions, ensuring high efficiency, low pellet consumption, and full compliance with PN-EN 303-5 Class 5 and Ecodesign standards. What does this mean? The compact InPell boiler reduces emissions, consumes less fuel, and at the same time delivers highly efficient heating.

The modular design of the boiler significantly facilitates transport and installation, ensuring maximum convenience for installers even in challenging conditions.

The standard equipment includes solid, screw-in transport handles that can be quickly mounted. They allow for easy insertion of pipes or transport straps, making it possible to safely carry the boiler even by two people — including up stairs and through narrow spaces.

InGlow

InGlow is an intelligent LED lighting system integrated into a strip above the boiler door, providing a clear and modern indication of the device’s current operating status.

A subtle, non-intrusive glow allows the user to quickly read the boiler status without approaching the unit. Thanks to its gentle light intensity, the system is also suitable for residential spaces, ensuring no discomfort.

Light signaling:

  • Green – steady light: normal operation
  • Orange – pulsing light: monitoring mode (MONIT)
  • Orange – steady light: shutdown phase
  • Red – steady light: boiler off
  • Red – pulsing light: alarm condition

LED strip color indicates the current operating status.

Automatic burner cleaning

An advanced system that cyclically opens and closes the burner flap during the shutdown process, keeping the combustion chamber clean and ready for the next start – without user intervention.

The solution uses a two-stage cleaning process that effectively handles even difficult residues resulting from lower-quality fuels:

  • Combustion chamber scrapers – two independent cleaning elements remove deposits, residues, and buildup created during combustion, preventing accumulation on working surfaces.
  • Pulsating grate cleaning – dynamic opening and closing of the combustion chamber bottom breaks up slag and clinker formed from melted ash, which is then effectively removed into the ash pan.

The result is a consistently clean combustion chamber, stable boiler operation, and significantly reduced maintenance requirements.

HydroBox set

HydroBox is a factory-assembled and ready-to-install hydraulic kit designed for use with the InPell boiler. The system enables central heating (CH) and domestic hot water (DHW) preparation using a circulation pump, a CH/DHW switching valve, and a temperature valve protecting the boiler return.

The entire system is integrated and installed directly inside the boiler, eliminating the need for hydraulic modifications during installation. The installer only connects the system pipes to the HydroBox outlets.

The set also includes:

  • a four-way connector with a throttle for return temperature sensor installation,
  • shut-off valves,
  • two valves with magnetic filters,
  • a safety group with a pressure gauge and safety valve.

An 8-liter expansion vessel is included to protect the boiler and small hydraulic systems. For larger installations, an additional expansion vessel should be installed in the CH system.

The expansion vessel is installed with the HydroBox set under the boiler insulation.

Pressure sensor

In the STANDARD version, the boiler is additionally equipped with an advanced control system based on pressure measurement in the heat exchanger via a dedicated measuring port.

Based on sensor readings, the system automatically regulates the exhaust fan, ensuring optimal combustion conditions in all situations. This solution is particularly effective with variable chimney draft conditions – the device continuously adjusts fan performance to external conditions and fuel type.

The result is stable, efficient, and safe boiler operation without the need for manual adjustment, especially in demanding chimney conditions such as mountainous areas, valleys, high-wind regions, or uneven building structures.

Automatic heat exchanger cleaning

The PREMIUM version is equipped with an advanced, automated heat exchanger cleaning system based on a precision motor-driven mechanism.

The system cyclically removes deposits and dust from heat exchange surfaces, allowing the boiler to maintain high efficiency and optimal performance at all times. Contaminants from the fire tubes are effectively removed and directed straight into the ash pan, significantly reducing the need for manual cleaning.

The result is not only higher efficiency but also improved user comfort, less frequent maintenance, and extended lifespan of the entire heating system.
