Easy ROT burner

Cleaning the combustion chamber thanks to the rotation of the chamber during operation without the need to extinguish the burner makes Easy ROT devices ideal for places with a high demand for heat and continuous power of the device.

The use of a high-performance ceramic igniter and excellent quality of workmanship guarantee quick and trouble-free ignition of fuels such as pellets or industrial granules. Additionally, a special igniter mounting system prevents its damage during transport or assembly of the device. The innovative igniter sleeve ensures its long service life due to its correct and fast cooling after the flame is initiated.

The air distribution system is based on a high-quality German fan rotor, which is characterized by quiet operation and long service life. The mere act of forcing air into the burner is not only to supply air to the furnace – it is also to partially force it into the burner tee. There are special holes in the burner, thanks to which the burner does not have problems with ignition or overheating even in the case of problems with the chimney draft or a dirty boiler exchanger.

The burner structure itself does not require lubrication or periodic replacement of operating components. The bearing system is based on three supports operating in sleeves. A Teflon seal is installed in the main chamber, the service life of which is up to 15 years. Servicing the device is easy to perform even by a less experienced user and does not require specialist tools. The modular structure of the burner and its well-thought-out design means that all parts and components for burners with power from 10-35 kW are the same. The only difference is the furnaces, which change in length. The electric plate and the components on it remain the same, which makes servicing the device easier.

We are confident in our product, which is why we are the only ones on the market who provide the option of extending the warranty on the burner’s hearth to up to 5 years. The use of a special alloy of acid-resistant steel guarantees the user trouble-free operation of the device and peace of mind.

The Easy ROT burner meets all exhaust and other emission standards and is installed in Kotłospaw devices that are eligible for a subsidy from the “Clean Air” program for pellets of a higher standard.
