PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Compact boiler for central heating, solid fuel type pellet – DuoKo meets all the requirements of Eco Design and class 5, making it a reliable, maintenance-free and efficient source of heat for small and large living and usable areas.

Boiler with pellet feeder

The DuoKo pellet boilers with a feeder and an automated control system produced by KOTŁOSPAW Pleszew are characterized by easy operation, modern design and low emission of harmful substances, corresponding to the current, restrictive standards. The maintenance-free boiler is made of the highest quality boiler sheet, welded in gas shields, which guarantees its above-average tightness and excellent insulation.

The top-channel boiler for central heating with DuoKo pellets is distinguished by fully automatic control, for which the efficient ecoMAX 860P microprocessor system is responsible. Extensive modules enable ongoing supervision over the operation of the feeder, furnace and blower, regulate the temperature and enable the connection of up to 4 circulation pumps (CH, DHW, floor, circulation). Simple, intuitive operation of the device and the ability to control the operation of the controller using an application for a smartphone or laptop make the DuoKo pellet boiler fully comply with the current standards for maintenance-free and easy-to-use heating devices.

Pellet central heating boiler

Thanks to the automation of all processes, from combustion of solid fuel, through automatic switching on and off of the blower, to self-cleaning of the burner, the only operating steps necessary to be performed at the DuoKo central heating furnace are to remove the ash and refill the pellet hopper. ecoMAX 860P is a device made in advanced technology. It controls the combustion process in solid fuel boilers with an igniter. By default, it supports the central heating and hot water heating circuits as well as the mixer circuit. The controller is available in a complete enclosure and in a version with a removable panel enabling installation on the front of the boiler.This latest generation microprocessor controller means for the user:

  • intuitive and simple use
  • many interesting functions
  • unique design
  • TOUCH & PLAY control system
  • attractive display presenting information in the form of readable icons
  • comfort with the support of the ecoSTER remote control
  • comfortable on-line operation of the boiler via the Internet

It has a modular structure, ensuring BUS expansion. The controller controls: boiler (burner) operation, supports basic central heating and hot water functions, mixer pump and mixer. Additional modules enable cooperation with the buffer and mixer systems. In addition, it is possible to work with lambda probe module (ecoLAMBDA). The controller uses a smart Menu system. The system makes unconnected elements inactive (invisible). This solution allows easy and comfortable use.
